What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, where you will play a vital part in maintaining our technical infrastructure and supporting our staff. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to handle complex technical challenges while providing guidance to junior colleagues.
What will you do?
- Provide high-level remote support to end users, managing everything from initial service requests to complex technical troubleshooting.
- Manage user provisioning and administrative tasks, including account creation in Active Directory, password resets, and MFA management.
- Oversee the technical onboarding process for new hires by conducting remote setup sessions and coordinating equipment logistics with our vendors.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You should be comfortable speaking in front of groups, as you will lead prehire sessions, and you must have the ability to handle client complaints with a high level of interpersonal grace.
Your technical toolkit should include:
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Google G-Suite.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Mac, and iOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira Service Desk or similar ITSM platforms.
- A strong background in remote troubleshooting and problem-solving.
