About the Role
We are hiring for a Full Time IT Help Desk Technician to work out of our Indianapolis office. In this junior-level position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients when they encounter technical difficulties. You will be responsible for managing incoming requests and ensuring that every issue is addressed with professionalism, courtesy, and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to our clients through a combination of remote administration and on-site visits.
- Manage the full lifecycle of a support ticket, including defining the problem, prioritizing the urgency, performing analysis, and resolving the issue.
- Escalate complex technical matters to the appropriate team members when a resolution cannot be reached at the first level.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in Technology and Technical Support. We are looking for someone who excels at Problem Analysis and has a solid background in Administration. You must be comfortable communicating clearly in English and demonstrate a proactive approach to getting things done.
Location
This position is based on-site at our office in Indianapolis, United States.
