We are a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to delivering high-quality services across multiple communities. Our IT department supports staff, volunteers, interns, and board members by maintaining reliable technology systems that enable uninterrupted care and operations. We are seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis and serve as the primary point of contact for technology support across all locations.
Key outcomes
- Serve as the main point of contact for end-user support on desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT-supported devices.
- Provide timely assistance with Office 365, eClinicalWorks, and other applications while meeting established service level agreements.
- Coordinate and resolve IT service requests as directed, ensuring prompt follow-up with users after each issue is addressed.
- Deploy new desktops, printers, and related equipment to various sites and maintain accurate inventory records for all hardware assets.
- Travel to different locations when necessary to resolve hardware issues and deliver after-hours support during evenings and weekends as required.
- Contribute suggestions for workflow improvements and participate in departmental work groups and committees as appropriate.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience providing day-to-day IT support in a professional environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365 and common business applications.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
- Experience with equipment deployment and inventory management.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites and provide after-hours support when needed.
- Proficiency in English.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $75,000.
