Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior IT GxP Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology organization on a full-time basis. This role is based in Emeryville, CA, and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Your impact

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of system selection and implementation projects, from gathering requirements and configuration to testing, training, and ongoing support.
• Evaluate and optimize our R&D, Clinical, and Commercial systems to ensure they remain scalable, efficient, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.
• Partner with business leaders to translate complex needs into technical solutions, utilizing data analytics to provide actionable insights through dashboards and reporting.

What you'll need

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees like an MBA or MS.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within the biotech or life sciences sector.
• Deep expertise in SQL, Power BI, and data analytics, alongside a strong grasp of system integration and project management.
• A solid understanding of GxP environments, including FDA regulations and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams across Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality departments.
• Fluency in English.
