As we embark on our next set of ambitious projects, we are looking for an IT Generalist Intern to join our team in Canada. This on-site internship offers you the chance to support our talented developers and designers while gaining hands-on experience in a professional studio environment.
Key outcomes
- Support our team by addressing service requests, troubleshooting technical difficulties, and helping to implement effective solutions.
- Perform foundational troubleshooting for various hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance and physical setup of laptops and desktop computers.
- Monitor our systems to identify and report technical issues to the broader IT department.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program focused on computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- You possess a fundamental understanding of PC hardware components and desktop operating systems.
- You have the ability to learn new concepts quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- You demonstrate strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- You are comfortable working both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
- You have strong communication skills in English, which is essential for interacting with our international team members.
