Core responsibilities
- Manage our IT2 staff during events, acting as the main point of contact for all technical escalations and executive support needs.
- Perform comprehensive pre-game system checks, including verifying the functionality of TV channels, streaming devices, audio systems, and VR stations.
- Utilize ticketing software to monitor, track, and resolve IT incidents in real time to ensure our operations remain uninterrupted.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in desktop engineering or service desk support, with at least two years of experience preferred. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and iOS devices.
- Familiarity with MacOS hardware, Zoom administration, and ServiceNow ITSM.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions, cloud storage, and video conferencing technology.

Compensation and benefits
We are deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every team member feels they belong. We value the unique perspectives our employees bring to the organization and strive to create a supportive community. While we do not have specific salary information to share at this time, we provide a dynamic work environment where your contributions directly impact the success of our events and the satisfaction of our stakeholders.
How to apply
If you are passionate about technology and excited by the prospect of supporting our team in a high-energy environment, we encourage you to apply. Please remember that you do not need to meet every single qualification to be a great fit. We value your unique skills and experiences, and we look forward to reviewing your application.
