Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior IT Field Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role based in the United States that requires significant travel to support our existing hospitals and manage new hospital openings. You will be the primary point of contact for our local teams, ensuring our technology infrastructure is robust, efficient, and perfectly aligned with our mission.
Your impact
- Provide hands-on hardware and software support while maintaining operational effectiveness across our hospital network.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and local hospital managers to streamline technology processes and implement best practices for new and existing locations.
- Represent our IT organization with professionalism and a proactive mindset, serving as a key escalation point for service-related requests and infrastructure projects.
What you'll need
- A strong background in technology with specific proficiency in Apple products and Mac OS.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with network systems and the physical ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- A self-starting attitude, a high degree of flexibility, and a willingness to travel frequently by air and road.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.
