What you bring

As a Senior IT Enterprise Security Engineer working in a full-time capacity, you will be the primary guardian of our technology assets and cloud environments. You will operate in a hybrid work model, primarily based in the United States, with regular travel between our Preston Ridge and Northmeadow locations. Your role will focus on the following key areas:

• Designing and maintaining comprehensive security strategies for our Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments to ensure data protection and retention.
• Managing endpoint and email security protocols, including the hardening of hardware and the implementation of advanced messaging security platforms.
• Leading our security and compliance initiatives by conducting regular penetration testing, phishing simulations, and audits to ensure we meet all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in cybersecurity program development and incident response. We are looking for someone with at least six years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of work history. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a deep technical understanding of Microsoft Purview, Entra, and Zero Trust principles. We value candidates who hold or are working toward certifications such as CompTIA+, Microsoft Azure, ISACA, or NIST. You should be a proactive problem solver who is comfortable participating in an on-call rotation and providing after-hours support when necessary.
