What you bring

As an IT Engineering Intern, you will play a vital role in keeping our internal systems running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience in a hybrid, part-time capacity. You will be based in Spain, specifically needing to be in Madrid to visit our office one or two days per week. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing proactive technical support to team members and managing hardware, software, and audiovisual equipment for our meetings.
• Handling user onboarding and offboarding processes while managing access and permissions across our internal tools and cloud platforms.
• Developing and executing IT projects for our offices, including maintaining local network infrastructure and automating manual tasks.

Requirements

We are looking for a student who is currently pursuing a degree in computer science or a related field and can sign a formal internship agreement with their educational institution. You should be comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish. We value a can-do attitude, a natural curiosity for troubleshooting, and the ability to stay organized while prioritizing your daily tasks. You will have the opportunity to work with Google Suite, Cloud Technologies, Linux, MacOS, and various scripting languages, so an eagerness to learn these tools is essential.
