The role

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our team in Pune, India, on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource for our local office, ensuring our infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and reliable. You will be instrumental in managing our device ecosystem and supporting our staff as we continue to scale our global operations.

Core responsibilities

• Manage and deploy applications and security policies using Microsoft InTune to ensure all devices remain compliant and operational.
• Oversee Azure administration, including managing user permissions, Active Directory (Entra ID), and single sign-on configurations to provide secure access.
• Provide high-quality technical support for hardware, software, and network issues while managing tickets through Jira Service Desk and maintaining system health.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of relevant experience and a strong technical foundation. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Microsoft InTune for device configuration and security compliance.
• Strong administrative skills in Azure, specifically regarding Entra ID and SSO management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence for service management and documentation.
• A professional and proactive approach to IT support, system maintenance, and infrastructure security.
• Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with our global IT and engineering teams.
