We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our team at Veza, the identity security company that helps global enterprises like Blackstone and Expedia secure access across their cloud and on-premise infrastructure. In this role, you will help us maintain our technical operations, support our internal users, and ensure our systems remain secure and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT ticketing queue by triaging and resolving technical requests related to hardware, software, and various systems.
- Provide hands-on IT support for team members at our corporate office.
- Support the administration of our SaaS environment, including platforms such as Zoom, Slack, G Suite, GitHub, and Atlassian.
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects aimed at improving our internal infrastructure and compliance initiatives.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of professional experience working in IT within a SaaS environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.
- A customer-first mindset paired with strong communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both as an independent contributor and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with JAMF or other MacOS-focused mobile device management solutions.
- Familiarity with working with APIs and building Okta Workflows.
