The role
We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer for People Systems to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will report to our IT Engineering Manager and play a critical role in maturing our IT function. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems within a dynamic, three-sided marketplace and wants to directly impact our ability to provide affordable care to patients across the United States.
Core responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and lead administrator for Workday.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive technology efficiencies and optimize workflows during our current phase of rapid growth.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions for our internal team members.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Workday Administrator.
- Proven expertise in managing at least two of the following tools: Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, CultureAmp, Checkr, or Lessonly.
- Strong project management skills with a methodical approach to delivering high-quality solutions.
- A desire to build automation using Tray.io.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize business needs into technical solutions.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
