With a dedicated team of 90 professionals and a mission to ensure everyone has access to affordable, quality care, we are looking for a visionary leader to guide our technological future. If you are passionate about using your technical expertise to support life-changing health services, we want to hear from you.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a senior-level IT Director to join our team on a full-time basis. While this is a remote position, we are looking for someone based on the East Coast who is comfortable with up to 25% travel to our locations in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Services and Security, taking charge of our entire technological landscape to ensure our systems remain efficient, secure, and perfectly aligned with our mission.
Your impact
- Strategic Infrastructure Oversight: You will design, maintain, and scale our core IT infrastructure, including networks and servers, while planning upgrades that keep our operations running smoothly.
- Security and Compliance Leadership: You will be the primary guardian of our data, enforcing rigorous security policies and ensuring our systems meet all HIPAA standards and national accreditation requirements.
- Project and Vendor Management: You will lead complex IT initiatives from start to finish, managing external vendor relationships and procurement to ensure we are getting the best value and quality for our organization.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in technology and systems management along with a strategic mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in systems administration, network administration, database administration, or vendor management.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage teams, oversee budgets, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience with HIPAA compliance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to align IT strategy with broader organizational goals.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
We offer a salary range of $100,000 to $110,000. In addition to competitive pay, you will enjoy:
- The flexibility of remote work.
- Dedicated support for your professional development.
