The role
We are seeking a mid-level IT Cyber Security Engineer to join our global infrastructure and security team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is ideal for a professional based in India who is ready to take ownership of our identity and endpoint security initiatives. You will work closely with our international team to maintain a secure, modern, and compliant enterprise environment while utilizing your expertise in Microsoft technologies.
Core responsibilities
- Manage and secure our hybrid identity landscape, including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 access controls.
- Monitor and enforce critical security policies such as Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Privileged Identity Management.
- Automate security workflows, user provisioning, and compliance reporting through the use of PowerShell scripting and the Microsoft Graph API.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to security. We look for the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in IT security or systems engineering with a focus on identity and device management.
- Proficiency in supporting hybrid identity environments and managing endpoint security for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- A solid understanding of Zero Trust principles, least-privilege access models, and secure configuration baselines.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Mosyle, and core Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with our global team.
