Role at a glance
We are seeking a Junior IT Customer Support specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Austria, where you will help our clients get the most out of our platform. You do not need prior experience in this exact role, as we provide a comprehensive two to three-month onboarding process to get you up to speed on our software and professional communication standards.
Your impact
- Act as the primary point of contact for our customers by answering inquiries via email and our support chat.
- Lead onboarding and kick-off sessions through video calls to help new users navigate our software.
- Perform quality assurance tasks by documenting software bugs and gathering valuable user feedback to share with our product team.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate is someone who loves technology and enjoys helping others succeed. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and care in your daily tasks. We value flexibility, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and a strong sense of responsibility. Proficiency in German is essential for this role, and knowledge of English is considered a great advantage.
