Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Canada, where you will play a vital role in keeping our internal operations running smoothly. You will be the go-to person for technical support and hardware management, ensuring that our team has exactly what they need to succeed.
Your impact
- Remove technical blockers for your colleagues to ensure everyone stays productive and efficient.
- Provide a welcoming, customer-oriented support experience whenever a team member reaches out for help.
- Manage our hardware lifecycle, including the procurement, maintenance, and offboarding of company assets.
What you'll need
- A customer service-first mindset when delivering technical support.
- Solid experience with macOS and PC administration.
- Familiarity with SSO implementations, specifically Okta.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
- The ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, simple language for all users.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities independently.
- A resourceful approach to diagnosing issues and implementing security policies.
- Fluency in English.
