What is this role?

We are looking for a mid-level IT Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. In this position, you will act as the vital link between our technical capabilities and our clients, which primarily consist of municipalities and employment agencies. You will be based in the Netherlands, working from our office, from home, and directly on-site at client locations.

What will you do?

• Provide expert advice to clients by identifying their underlying needs and recommending the most effective technical solutions.
• Manage and guide the implementation process to ensure our software meets the specific requirements of the organizations we serve.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are confident and capable in using our systems after implementation.

You are an analytical problem solver who enjoys being a dedicated sparring partner for our clients. You have a passion for your work and a willingness to embrace new challenges. To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• An HBO level of education, ideally in ICT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience working as a consultant or functional administrator, preferably within the HR or social sector.
• Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, as clear communication with our clients and team is essential.
• A preference for living in the vicinity of our office to facilitate your on-site presence.
