Your daily task:
- Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English or Vietnamese.
- Support leaders and development team in communication efforts, fostering effective interactions within the project.
- Assist leaders in planning, executing, and managing projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to swiftly resolve issues, enhance processes and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Facilitate project meetings
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet specified technical and business requirements
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Your qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as Comtor or similar roles (excluding freelance work)
- Korean: TOPIK 5+
- English: Middle level
- Excellent skills in both written and oral communication in Korean
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and a strong commitment to continual improvement
- Proactive, positive, and responsible attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience working as Project Manager or Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Product Owner.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
- Experience working with Korean Clients.
