What you bring

As a mid-level IT Comtor working in a full-time, on-site capacity, you will serve as a vital link between our technical teams and stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in project management and technology to ensure our development processes run smoothly. Your core responsibilities will include the following:

• Translating technical and business documentation between Korean, English, and Vietnamese.
• Facilitating clear communication and project meetings to support our development teams and leadership.
• Assisting in the planning, execution, and management of projects to ensure all deliverables meet our high standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive professional with at least two years of experience in a Comtor or similar role. You must possess a TOPIK 5 or higher certification in Korean and a solid command of English. We value candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations with a positive attitude. While not required, experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Product Owner, along with a history of working with Korean clients, will make your application stand out. We look for individuals who can translate technical concepts into user-friendly language and thrive in a collaborative, cross-departmental environment.
