The role

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our business stakeholders and our technical infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are not only functional but also perfectly aligned with our operational and compliance requirements.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to elicit and analyze requirements, transforming them into clear workflows and actionable use cases.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation and configuration of vendor solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee system maintenance, including user security, documentation of standard operating procedures, and providing ongoing training to end users.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in IT or a STEM-related field. We require a B.S. degree with at least 8 years of biotech or pharma experience, or an M.S. degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You should also demonstrate the following:

• Deep understanding of the SDLC and project management principles.
• Proficiency in system configuration, security administration, and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse business units.
• Familiarity with life science systems such as LIMS, ELN, MES, or Veeva is highly preferred.
• A proactive mindset toward learning new technologies and improving departmental efficiencies.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a comprehensive package designed to support your personal and professional well-being. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $97,000 to $130,000. Our benefits include:
