We are seeking a dedicated IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity. As a member of our IT department, you will serve as a vital bridge between our business stakeholders and our technical teams, ensuring that our systems effectively drive our organizational strategy and operational goals.
Key outcomes
- Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of business applications to improve overall efficiency.
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and detailed system specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and implement technology solutions that align with our core business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned systems, ensuring high levels of stability, usability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage comprehensive testing activities, including test planning, execution, and the coordination of user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployments.
- Provide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system issues.
- Communicate project status, potential risks, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role supporting enterprise business applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and applying resources to resolve complex issues.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within professional services, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS.
- Professional certifications, such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum credentials.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 USD. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our associates, which includes:
