Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Hungary, where you will serve as a vital link between complex business needs and innovative technical solutions. You will be instrumental in guiding projects from the early ideation phase all the way to a successful go-live.
Your impact
- Translate high-level business requests into actionable development plans, detailed user stories, and robust acceptance criteria.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex concepts and ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals.
- Drive project success by orchestrating the integration of new technologies and collaborating closely with QA to maintain the highest quality standards.
What you'll need
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in digital product development, whether as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Consultant.
- Strong proficiency in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Visio, and UML, alongside a solid grasp of APIs and system architecture.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take full ownership of project documentation and stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the versatility to step into different roles, such as QA or product management, when the project requires it.
