About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as the primary IT resource for our Quality Systems, with a specific focus on the Veeva Quality Suite. You will be responsible for the implementation of new modules and providing ongoing operational support, which includes everything from defining requirements and designing solutions to system configuration, documentation, and testing. You will report directly to the IT Business Systems Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring they are translated into high-quality technical solutions that align with our organizational needs.
- Drive continuous improvement for our Veeva Quality Vault by managing enhancement requests, performing configuration changes, and staying current on industry best practices and new features.
- Manage validation and change control processes, which includes creating test scripts, maintaining system documentation, and providing primary operational support to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the system development lifecycle, covering requirements, design, configuration, testing, and support.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting the Veeva Vault platform, specifically the Quality Suite.
- Demonstrated experience with Computer Systems Validation and translating business needs into technical deliverables.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- A Veeva Vault Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
- Prior experience with Quality Systems, such as training management or deviation tracking, and project management is considered a plus.
Location
This position is based in the United States. We operate on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be onsite 1 to 2 days per week.
