Key outcomes

• Provide comprehensive end-user support for both onsite and remote team members, focusing on macOS environments, VoIP, and various cloud-based applications.
• Manage the provisioning and deployment of Mac hardware using Apple Business Manager and Jamf Pro.
• Collaborate on IT project rollouts, including the implementation of systems within AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Maintain accurate and organized IT inventory records.
• Propose and implement new technology solutions to improve our internal business operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience with desktop support, specifically regarding macOS, VoIP, and Active Directory.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language, as we are deeply committed to systems integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and improve company tools.
• The ability to work onsite in our New York office as part of our hybrid work model.

Compensation
