What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior IT Asset Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based out of our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of IT Operations and play a vital role in managing the technology that keeps our business running smoothly across all Gopuff and BevMo locations.
What will you do?
- Maintain a precise and current inventory of all hardware assets used across our entire enterprise.
- Manage the full lifecycle of hardware, including receiving, repairing, dispatching, and tracking equipment from purchase to end-of-life.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and original equipment manufacturers to ensure efficient repair turnaround times and healthy stock levels of spare equipment.

- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Proficiency with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing thousands of hardware assets across multiple physical locations.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshservice.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management and Endpoint Configuration tools like Intune, JAMF, or KACE.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate problems outside of your immediate area of expertise.
- Excellent communication skills in English, combined with a positive and customer-service-oriented attitude.
