We are currently looking for an IT Applications Manager to join our growing team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our technology environment remains stable, secure, and ready for our next phase of expansion across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
What you bring
In this full-time, senior-level role, you will balance strategic oversight with hands-on technical management. You will be based in a hybrid capacity, supporting our operations across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of our internal application landscape, including lifecycle management, licensing, and interface maintenance.
- Managing relationships with external IT providers to ensure high-quality hardware support, contract compliance, and continuous service improvement.
- Leading security and compliance initiatives to maintain standards such as ISO27001 across the organization.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong background in IT management and application administration. You should have proven experience in managing complex technical environments and a solid grasp of security compliance frameworks. Success in this role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English. We value a hands-on mentality, as you will be responsible for guiding one team member while also remaining operationally involved in our day-to-day IT tasks.
