What is this role?

This is a full-time position designed for someone with at least one year of experience in technical support. You will be working in a remote capacity, though you should be comfortable traveling to our client location in Florence, Kentucky, when necessary. This role is perfect for a junior-level professional who is ready to dive into application troubleshooting and hardware support.

What will you do?

• You will act as the first point of contact for technical support, handling maintenance and troubleshooting for both hardware and software within a Microsoft Windows environment.
• You will manage and track incoming issues using ServiceNow, ensuring that every ticket is resolved effectively or escalated to the appropriate development team.
• You will provide hands-on support for mobile platforms, including iOS and Android devices, while performing functional testing to ensure new solutions are ready for deployment.
