What you bring

As a Mid-Level IT Application Specialist working in a Full Time capacity, you will be the backbone of our business systems. Based in Italy, you will focus on maintaining the health and efficiency of our digital infrastructure. Your core responsibilities include the following:

• Providing comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support to ensure our business-critical applications remain operational.
• Monitoring system performance proactively to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the business.
• Managing the full lifecycle of application updates, security patches, and system enhancements in collaboration with our development partners.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in ITSM and ERP environments. You should hold a degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by approximately two years of experience in application management. Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and managing APIs is essential for this role. We value candidates who understand ITIL frameworks and have a strong grasp of the software development lifecycle. Beyond your technical expertise, we look for a proactive mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Your attention to detail and customer-oriented approach will be vital as you support our internal teams.
