ispace, inc. is looking for a dedicated IT and Operations Support Intern to join our team in Tokyo. We are a space industry company focused on lunar exploration, and you will play a key role in maintaining our internal systems, managing fixed assets, and ensuring our operational documentation stays accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

Help with data entry and record maintenance within our NetSuite ERP system.
Support the tracking and inventory updates for our fixed assets.
Create and refine internal documentation, including procedural guides and our knowledge base.

Must-haves

You are currently an undergraduate or graduate student, ideally studying Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
You possess a basic understanding of ERP tools and asset tracking processes.
You have a sharp eye for detail and strong communication skills.
You are capable of working independently and managing your time effectively.
You are fluent in Japanese (native or N1-N2 level) and have sufficient English proficiency for daily tasks.
You currently reside in Japan and hold a valid working visa.
You can commit to working at least 2 days per week, totaling 15 to 20 hours.
