What is this role?

We are looking for a mid-level IT Analyst to join our team in India on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role designed for a professional with two to four years of experience who is ready to provide high-quality technical support to our staff. You will play a vital part in maintaining our technical environment and ensuring our employees have the tools they need to succeed.

What will you do?

• Monitor and track incoming IT incidents, ensuring that all requests are prioritized and resolved in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle the setup of new computer hardware, perform software installations, and train team members on the use of connectivity software within a Windows environment.
• Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of our infrastructure, including the support of our virtual environments, tiered storage systems, and backup and replication processes.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience. We value candidates who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. You should be comfortable communicating in English and capable of lifting or moving equipment up to 50 pounds.

Your technical toolkit should include:

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows security administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience or interest in VMWare, storage area networks, and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
• A solid understanding of networking components like firewalls and switches.
• Experience with ticketing systems and Windows imaging or scripting.

While not required, holding certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ is considered a plus.
