We operate across more than 15 states, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in Redwood Shores, California.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Mid-Level IT Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in our Redwood Shores office, and we require team members to be present five days a week. You will report directly to our Head of IT and play a crucial role in maintaining our internal technology infrastructure and supporting our growing workforce.
What will you do?
- Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring that our staff has the tools they need to succeed.
- Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, from initial intake and prioritization to final resolution and documentation.
- Administer user accounts and permissions across key platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in IT support or a similar field. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in diverse environments and possesses the following skills:
- Strong proficiency in supporting macOS, Windows, and Android devices.
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems and maintaining accurate asset inventory records.
- A solid understanding of networking fundamentals, such as DNS, TCP/IP, and VPNs.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, as you will be the primary point of contact for our internal team.
- Fluency in English.
