Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, requiring you to be on-site on a weekly basis to help maintain our computer systems and support our internal users.
Your impact
- Manage and organize help desk inquiries through our internal ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Provide hands-on training and support for essential tools like GSuite, Atlassian, Slack, and Zoom to ensure our team has the resources they need to succeed.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a strong communicator who is comfortable working in an agile environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Experience in technical support or customer service, specifically with both Mac OS and Windows environments.
- Proficiency in managing systems such as Okta, GSuite, Atlassian, Slack, MDM, and various video conferencing tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to perform root cause analysis and handle multiple priorities independently.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with external vendors.
Perks and compensation
