We are Centuria Corporation, a firm dedicated to providing high-level support to our consultants and staff, and we are currently looking for a Senior IT Administrator to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Northern Virginia. In this role, you will be the backbone of our information technology infrastructure, ensuring that our systems remain efficient, secure, and fully operational to meet our corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily health of our networks and servers while managing essential hardware and software upgrades.
- Maintain robust system security by implementing protective protocols and managing user access through Active Directory and Exchange services via O365.
- Provide leadership by mentoring junior staff, managing the IT budget, and ensuring all operations align with ISO 20000:2018 standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree combined with at least five years of professional experience in IT administration.
- At least two years of specific experience managing Active Directory, Exchange, and ITSM ticketing platforms like ConnectWise.
- A relevant professional certification from organizations such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco.
- Deep technical knowledge regarding network management, system security, and the maintenance of firewalls and switches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as a self-starter or within a collaborative team environment.
