What you bring

We are seeking a Senior IT Administrator to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. You will play a vital role in supporting our remote workforce and our production facilities by managing our hardware and software ecosystems. Your core responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing our fleet of Mac and Windows devices, including procurement, provisioning, and the implementation of UEM solutions for enhanced security.
• Overseeing our software stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox, while handling all onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing our relationships with external IT vendors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with extensive hands-on experience in IT administration. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can balance multiple projects while maintaining a customer-oriented mindset. We value candidates who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to coach team members through technical challenges. Proficiency with Mac and Windows environments is essential, as is the ability to travel to our facilities in Vacaville, CA, or Burlington, NJ, on a weekly basis. You should be organized, capable of managing your own time effectively, and ready to travel occasionally to support our broader operations.
