The role

We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator to join our team in Armenia on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will be responsible for the health and optimization of our internal technical environment. You will act as a key partner to our employees, managing everything from hardware support to complex system integrations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building mature, scalable IT processes.

Core responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize our internal service suite, including user directories, password managers, corporate chat, SSO, MDM, and ticketing systems to ensure high availability.
• Provide expert hardware and software support, managing user devices and network infrastructure while ensuring seamless connectivity and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT processes that improve productivity and the overall employee experience.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a systems administrator or IT specialist, ideally within an organization of 200 or more employees. You must be proficient with Mac operating systems and possess a solid understanding of network equipment and routing principles, such as LAN and VPN. We value candidates who are proactive, excellent communicators, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a demonstrated ability to provide actionable feedback.
