We are looking for a senior-level Issue Verification Specialist to join us on a contract basis in a hybrid capacity within Canada. What you'll be doing
- Manually analyze session recordings to validate flagged technical issues and ensure they are categorized accurately for our clients.
- Produce high-quality labelled data to train our AI algorithms, allowing them to better detect and prioritize eCommerce errors.
- Partner with our R&D and engineering teams to refine verification processes, reduce backlogs, and improve overall system efficiency.
What you'll bring
- A robust analytical mindset and a sharp eye for detail when reviewing complex session recordings.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Experience or a deep interest in eCommerce, user experience, and AI tools.
- A systematic, problem-solving approach to tackling technical challenges.
- Fluency in English.
