What you bring
This is a full-time, mid-level position based in the United States. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, acting as a mentor to your peers while utilizing your expertise in technology, technical support, training development, and SAP. Your daily contributions will be vital to our operations:
- Deliver high-quality technical support to our users through phone and digital channels.
- Manage the full lifecycle of service tickets, ensuring every issue is documented and resolved effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate repairs and escalate complex incidents as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a clear communicator with a strong background in technical support and system administration. We value candidates who are proficient in English and possess the analytical mindset required to identify trends and improve our service delivery. You should be comfortable working with SAP systems and have a passion for mentoring others.
