About the Role
We are seeking a Senior ISO Business Development Executive to join us in a full-time capacity. This role is essential to our success, as you will focus on managing ISO partner relations and overseeing marketplace management. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that strengthen our sales efforts, ensuring we provide exceptional service while maximizing profitable volume growth for Enova SMB.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep, productive relationships with ISO partners and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth plans for partners, including training sessions and strategic site visits.
- Design and manage the onboarding process for new partners, covering everything from contract generation and legal compliance to technical integration.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in sales and a data-driven mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the SMB lending sector.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading teams toward ambitious goals.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, paired with proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret trends and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Location
This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is between $101,000 and $140,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for a performance-based incentive plan, with a total On-Target Earnings range of $166,650 to $231,000.
