At Numan we’re on a mission to give people the tools they need to take control of their health. Founded in 2018, we’ve grown into a 200-plus team spread across the globe, building a platform that combines diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes and doctor consultations. Backed by top-tier investors, we already support hundreds of thousands of patients in the UK, and we’re looking for talented engineers who want to help us scale that impact.
What is this role?
We’re hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to join the team on a Full Time, Remote basis. In this position you’ll help shape the next generation of our patient-facing products while mentoring colleagues and collaborating closely with designers, product managers and marketers.
What will you do?
- Build and maintain high-quality iOS features that directly improve how patients manage their health.
- Guide technical projects from the earliest requirement discussions through to App Store release, working hand-in-hand with cross-functional partners.
- Mentor less-experienced engineers, sharing best practices and helping the team level up together.
What makes you a great fit?
You’re excited about the iOS ecosystem and love writing clean Swift code. You bring hands-on experience shipping apps from concept to the App Store, and you’re comfortable using agile development practices. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills help you navigate ambiguity, while your attention to detail and passion for turning designs into smooth, beautiful experiences set your work apart. You communicate clearly in English and genuinely want to create products that have a meaningful, positive effect on people’s lives.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive package that includes equity compensation, paid time off that starts at 25 days plus bank holidays and grows with tenure, an employee assistance programme, a 401k-style pension with employer contributions, flexible hours, a learning budget through Learnerbly, and the freedom to work remotely from anywhere.
