iOS Developer at EyeTell

EyeTell is a fresh startup founded by Chad Hurley, who previously co-founded and led YouTube. We are currently building a new platform at the intersection of artificial intelligence and mixed media. Our team is small, ambitious, and looking for someone who shares our drive to innovate in the mobile space.

The role

We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. Since we are in the early stages of our journey, we believe in the power of working together in person to build our foundation. If you are a seasoned engineer who thrives in a collaborative office environment, we would love to have you join us at the ground floor.

Core responsibilities

• Design, build, and test robust native iOS applications using the Swift programming language.
• Partner closely with our design team to turn UI and UX concepts into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Implement complex features by leveraging a variety of frameworks and tools, including UIKit, SwiftUI, and GraphQL.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for mobile technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or at least 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of dedicated experience building native iOS applications with Swift.
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency with Xcode, Interface Builder, and Git for version control.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn and grow within a team.
