What you bring

As a Summer Analyst, you will serve as a vital member of our deal teams during this ten-week internship. This on-site role in New York is designed for students graduating in December 2026 or the spring of 2027 who are eager to immerse themselves in the full investment lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Conducting thematic research and market mapping to help our teams develop sophisticated investment theses.
• Supporting deal execution and due diligence processes through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Engaging directly with entrepreneurs and management teams while sourcing new investment opportunities.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a genuine passion for growth equity. You should be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate institution in the United States and possess a strong track record of academic and leadership achievement. Success in this role requires a blend of quantitative and qualitative skills, including the ability to perform financial modeling and valuation work. We value candidates who are creative, solutions-oriented, and possess the strong written and verbal communication skills necessary to represent our firm. A global mindset and the energy to contribute to a high-performing team are essential, and you must be fluent in English to effectively collaborate across our international offices.
