We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. At Vixxo, we specialize in providing facility management solutions, and this role is essential for maintaining high standards of service across our Seattle territory. You will work independently to ensure our inventory processes run smoothly while delivering excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of inventory tasks, including sorting and conducting cycle counts, while ensuring all deliveries are handled according to our customer guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with our clients by providing reliable, professional service that consistently meets our established safety standards.
- Fulfill service level agreements by performing thorough equipment inspections, completing necessary maintenance, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and detailed.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in inventory management, such as handling, sorting, or cycle counting within a warehouse, retail, or delivery environment.
- A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer-facing or customer service role.
- Proficiency with smartphones for managing schedules, tracking inventory, and completing daily tasks.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- The physical ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
What we offer
We provide a competitive compensation package ranging from $48,000 to $54,000 per year, depending on your specific experience. In addition to your base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and professional growth.
