The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated student to join our Talent Attraction team for a 6-month internship or as a working student. You will work closely with Aude and Stephanie to help us find and engage the best talent in the industry. This is a hands-on role where you will dive deep into the world of recruitment, employer branding, and active sourcing, playing a direct part in building the team that makes our space missions possible.
A day in the life
- You will proactively identify and connect with potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn to grow our talent pipeline.
- You will manage our applicant tracking system to ensure all candidate data is accurate and up to date.
- You will assist in organizing and attending employer branding events to share our story and attract future team members.
Who you are
You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. You have a genuine passion for recruitment and are eager to learn how a high-growth company attracts top-tier talent. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. Because we operate in an international environment, you must be fluent in both English and German. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and any prior experience with applicant tracking systems or social media sourcing is considered a great advantage.
