Internship / Working Student Talent Acquisition - Active Sourcing at Isar Aerospace SE

Mission Brief 

Support our Talent Attraction team (Aude and Stephanie) in attracting and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives.
This is an opportunity based at our headquarters in Ottobrunn, contract duration of 6 months for an internship (40h / week) or alternatively 20h/week for a working student.

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

• Proactively source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Assist in creating and publishing job postings across various platforms.
• Support in scheduling interviews and maintaining communication with candidates.
• Help organize and participate in employer branding initiatives and career events.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Conduct market research to identify talent trends and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Support additional HR and Talent projects as needed.

Qualification Checklist 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Passionate about recruitment and employer branding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with MS Office and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn); familiarity with ATS is a plus.
• Fluent English and German skills.
