Internship Product Management at Spread Group

The Spread Group is a global lifestyle and fashion-tech organization dedicated to creating customizable products that align perfectly with our customers' visions. We are currently working to reshape the fashion industry through resource-conscious innovation and digital solutions. We are looking for a dedicated intern to join our product management team for a six-month, full-time position. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity from our headquarters in Leipzig, where you will contribute to meaningful projects and help us address the challenges of our time.

Key outcomes

• Oversee product launches to ensure a seamless transition from initial concept to final release.
• Act as a bridge between our technological capabilities, business objectives, and customer needs.
• Coordinate process implementation and manage communication across various internal teams.
• Assist in gathering user feedback and testing newly released workflows.
• Support the development of the product roadmap and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with our developers to achieve high-quality results.

Requirements

• You are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in IT, software development, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
• You possess strong organizational skills, reliability, and a sense of personal responsibility.
• You enjoy working with others and are comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• You maintain a proactive, result-oriented mindset and are eager to identify and solve problems.
• You are fluent in German, and proficiency in English is considered an asset.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic, appreciative work environment.
