What is this role?
We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist Intern to support our global L&D roadmap. This is a 6-month internship designed for a student currently pursuing a Master’s degree. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating closely with our People Team to ensure our development initiatives are consistent across our international offices in France, Singapore, and Switzerland.
What will you do?
- Help implement and promote our new training platform while managing the operational deployment of our management training programs.
- Support the digitalization and logistics of our onboarding process and assist in structuring our talent development approach, including skills matrices and succession planning.
- Track key performance indicators for our learning programs, manage event logistics, and analyze post-training survey results to help us improve.

- Current enrollment in a Master’s degree program with a focus on Human Resources.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Technical proficiency with G-Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with a passion for talent management.
- Previous internship experience in L&D or talent management is considered a significant plus.
