We are Ebury, a rapidly expanding FinTech firm recognized as a top employer by Glassdoor and AltFi. We are currently seeking a Senior International Talent Acquisition Partner for a full-time, hybrid role based in our Malaga office. In this position, you will play a vital role in our global growth by identifying top-tier talent and ensuring our teams remain innovative and collaborative.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and attract candidates for a variety of roles across our global offices using LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand specific hiring needs and maintain accurate records within our recruitment system, Greenhouse.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an international recruiter, researcher, or talent acquisition partner, whether in an agency or in-house environment.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, are essential for success in our international environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced, high-growth culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Financial Services or high-volume sales recruitment.
- Fluency in an additional European language is considered a valuable asset.
