About the Role

We are seeking an International Talent Acquisition Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, designing and executing a recruitment plan that supports our international growth. You will professionalize our hiring and onboarding processes, lead recruitment initiatives across multiple countries, and ensure our employer brand resonates globally. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will manage end-to-end hiring for senior roles in the Netherlands while mentoring our teams to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive international recruitment strategy that aligns with our global business goals and organizational culture.
• Lead and professionalize our end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for candidates across all regions.
• Utilize data analytics and emerging AI technologies to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive innovation in our hiring practices.

Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Significant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within an international setting, including several years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to manage recruitment dashboards and metrics.
• Demonstrated success in designing and improving candidate experience journeys.
• A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic approach and deep cultural awareness.
• Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• A willingness to travel to our various international offices as required by the role.

Location

This position is based in the Netherlands. We operate on a hybrid model, with four days per week at our office in Ridderkerk and one day working from home.
