What you bring

In this full-time, senior-level role, you will act as a key business partner, blending high-level strategy with the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives. Based in Cologne with a hybrid work model, you will play a vital role in driving our brand forward. Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing international marketing strategies that align with regional nuances and our broader business goals.
• Partnering closely with our portfolio units and sales teams to implement impactful, integrated cross-channel campaigns.
• Managing end-to-end marketing projects while overseeing external agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess a degree in Marketing, Communication Management, Business Administration, or a related field. We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in an international marketing environment who is comfortable managing diverse projects and collaborating with key stakeholders. You should have a proactive mindset, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools is a plus. Because we operate internationally, you must be fluent in English and have strong proficiency in German.
