About the Role

This is a full-time, senior-level position for an International Events Coordinator. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our events, ranging from initial planning and logistical coordination to on-site execution and post-event analysis. Your work will directly influence our strategic positioning and ensure that every attendee enjoys a seamless, innovative experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project timelines and manage event budgets to ensure cost control and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the entire vendor relationship process, including venue selection, catering services, and technical requirements.
• Lead on-site operations during events, which includes managing support teams, coordinating logistics, and resolving any issues that arise in real time.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess extensive experience in event management and a strong background in marketing and communication. We require a candidate who is highly organized, capable of managing large-scale projects for over 500 participants, and proficient in Spanish. You should have a proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders, coordinate complex schedules, and utilize modern event management platforms effectively.

Location

This position is based in Peru and requires an on-site presence to effectively manage our event logistics and team coordination.
