About the Role
We are seeking a Senior International Brand Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this newly created position, you will report to the VP of International Brand and take ownership of our marketing efforts across the UK, while also overseeing retail marketing in France, the Nordics, and the Middle East. You will act as a strategic executor, translating our global vision into locally resonant plans that accelerate performance and drive engagement across diverse channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that strengthen our position as a leader in the haircare space, including the management of integrated 360-degree campaigns.
- Lead our international social media and community engagement efforts by localizing global strategies, managing editorial calendars, and fostering authentic connections with our professional and consumer audiences.
- Direct our PR and influencer relations by managing agency partnerships, cultivating relationships with brand ambassadors, and overseeing gifting programs to maximize brand awareness and conversion.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
- You must be fluent in both English and French, with a native or C1 level of proficiency.
- At least 5 years of experience in international or regional marketing, with a proven history of achieving measurable growth.
- Deep expertise in 360-degree marketing planning, with a heavy emphasis on digital and social-first strategies.
- Specific knowledge of the UK professional salon and retail markets, alongside familiarity with the landscape in France, the Nordics, the Middle East, and Australia.

This position is based in the United Kingdom and operates on a hybrid work model.
