Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Internal Tools Developer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, and while we welcome applicants from anywhere, we prefer candidates who can overlap with EST or European business hours to collaborate effectively with our global teams.
Your impact
- Own and expand our internal ecosystem by using JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL to build custom Retool applications and refine our user interfaces.
- Automate critical workflows and alerts by developing and troubleshooting integrations through the Slack API.
- Manage and secure access controls across our core platforms, including HubSpot, GSuite, and Segment, while upholding strict API security and data protection standards.
What you'll need
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL, with a strong ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Hands-on experience building custom components and integrations within Retool.
- A deep understanding of Git workflows and CI/CD principles to maintain high-quality code.
- Solid knowledge of information security, specifically regarding access control, encrypted data handling, and the principle of least privilege.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to translate business needs into technical solutions while supporting non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
